I am a Guanacaste real estate agent and your local point of contact when additional support is useful. I represent you throughout the transaction, keep communication moving, and can introduce independent attorneys, escrow providers, inspectors, surveyors, property managers, contractors, and other local professionals when needed.
My family moved to Costa Rica 15 years ago, and I grew up in Guanacaste. I began working in real estate at 18, behind the camera — photographing and marketing high-end homes across the region. After earning my business degree from the University of Florida, I moved into sales—bringing the same attention to presentation, strategy, and detail to every property and client.
I now work with KRAIN Luxury Real Estate from Tamarindo, serving buyers and sellers throughout Guanacaste, including Flamingo, Potrero, Brasilito, Conchal, Playa Grande, Hacienda Pinilla, and surrounding communities. I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and I personally handle the calls, showings, negotiations, and follow-up.
